Newsletter

You have the possibility to subscribe to our german newsletter via our german website. To do so, we need your e-mail address and your consent to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration (double opt-in procedure). You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. The reference to this, as well as the corresponding link, is noted in the footer of each newsletter.

Mail Chimp

The dispatch of the newsletters is carried out via "MailChimp", a newsletter dispatch platform of the US supplier Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.the e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, and - if provided by the subscriber - also their names are stored on the servers of MailChimp in the USA.

MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. The statistical surveys include e.g. the determination whether the newsletter is opened and which links are clicked. Furthermore MailChimp commits itself within the scope of its "Data-Processing-Agreement" to protect the data of our users, to process them according to the data protection regulations on our behalf and especially not to pass them on to third parties. Online registrations for workshops and live talks

You can register for participation in our events via our website (online form at the respective programme entry). Your data (name, email, address, telephone number, membership status. Voluntary: company name, UID-No) will be transferred to our online database and stored there. This serves for workshop handling and simplification in case of a further registration. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties without direct inquiry. By sending us the online registration form, you give us your consent to store the data you provide until further notice. By registering, you also give your consent that photos may be taken during the event, which will be published on our website and on the WEI SRAUM facebook & instagram account for the purpose of documentation and public relations of WEI SRAUM.

Email contact

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for up to 7 years for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions, and then deleted. They are not automatically transferred to our address database and are not passed on to third parties without direct inquiry.

Vimeo

Our website uses plugins from the Vimeo site. When you visit one of our sites equipped with a Vimeo plugin, a connection is established to the Vimeo servers.
